昨天没有看大铁女子三项的转播，因为时差，因为长跑，最大的原因，是因为不想看，看了心里难受。

但是回来以后还是看了很多新闻，转播，clips，因为我的圈子都是搞铁三的，没法避开这些。

然后我看到这段，当时就泪奔了。最后一个女生冲线的时候，大家做成人形拱桥，迎接着她。

有人在评论里问，这么慢，她是怎么qualify的。参加世锦赛，是不容易的，要qualify，而更让人气馁的是，大家都很快。你上岸的时候，已经没有几辆车了，你开始跑步的时候，快的人都领完奖了。

But who the fxxk cares？很多人还没有游完泳呢。前年的世界冠军因为爆胎都没有骑完车呢。这个女生完成了，踏上了终点线。she is an ironman. 

后来这个女生看到自己的录像，这是她的留言，她本来不打算来的，maryland是她最后一个大铁，但是她qualify了，排除万难，来到这里。特别是tribike transport也没有了，要自己运车从美国到法国。对很多女生来说，都是不容易的。每个站在起跑线上的女生，不管是那个24岁才开始学游泳的世界冠军，还是这个在黑夜中独自奔跑，最后一个冲线的女生，都是我眼中的英雄。

I know I missed the 17 hour cut off and am not an official finisher, but they made me feel like a champion last night. The sport of triathlon has added so much to my life - mental and physical strength, grit, not to mention meeting some of the best friends. Ironman Maryland 2023 was supposed to be my 3rd and last Ironman, but I'm so glad I said "oui oui" to the opportunity to participate in Nice.
