我在油管上看到的 2014年七月纽约房地产经纪说的,分享给大家 :
1. Get 2-3 loan pre-approval letters from big banks
2. Get pre-approval letter from seller agent's favorate lender (they know it they could get approval)
3. Higher downpayment (e.g 50% or higher)
4. Bring your W2, paystub and credit score
5. Agree to pay partial expense of the house or loss of rent if loan is not approved.
6. Offer price: highest possible (这点谁都知道)
7. Cover letter (for sellers who are attached to the house) to show how much you love the house and how you will take care of the house!
不过,这跟上一波房地产危机之前的做法是一个样,而且还是两年以前的2014年! 所以,房地产危机是不是不远了? 泡沫是不是已经很大了?
