Forestville, which is located in Woodlands, is considered the last EC with three-, four- and five-bedroom dual key units that is not affected by the multi-generational ruling. It features 653 units and is expected to be completed by 2016.

This past fortnight, Woodlands topped the chart as the most popular HDB estate for sale. Meanwhile, Jurong West is the most searched HDB estate for rent, followed by Ang Mo Kio and Bedok.

As per caveats lodged with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), a unit from TwentyOne Angullia Park recorded the highest transacted price for a condo in the second half of the month. It is a freehold development located in District 9 near the Orchard Road shopping belt. This 54-unit high-rise luxury project also features two penthouses and is expected to be completed in 2014.

The most affordable unit was sold at the RiverBay project, located at 23 Mar Thoma Road in District 12. A 999-year leasehold development, it comprises 147 residential units and is expected to obtain TOP by 2015.
