自己晒香料 韭菜炒銀芽 西洋菜老火湯 皮蛋芫茜魚湯和其它

我們這里天气干,涼,有太陽,自已就晒了些香料,這些都是在農夫市埸買回來的.

韭菜炒銀芽
老公好中意吃芽菜,但不喜歡吃韭菜,所以我不會放很多韭菜.這個菜筒單好吃, 把芽菜摘去頭尾, 熱鑊下油,薑, 再下韭菜和芽菜, 快手炒, 上碟之前下鹽,酱油,芽菜就不會出水.

鴨腎, 豬脊骨,雞(我用雞胸), 南北杏, 蜜棗, 盐, 西洋菜

將西洋菜浸洗, 豬骨,雞,及鴨腎出水備用

水滾下鴨腎, 豬脊骨,雞, 南北杏, 蜜棗小火煲2至3小時,然成再放西洋菜煲1時,下盐,這樣煲湯就更有味.

皮蛋芫茜魚湯
记不起在那个blog看到这个recipe,就好想做來吃,家里不是没有鱼,就是没有其它的材料,出之比我找到全部材料了.好, 开始做这个汤. 材料好简单,鱼,罐头金瓜,芫茜 (洗干净)皮蛋,水和盐。将水滚开,下皮蛋滚几分钟,再下其它的材料就行了.

这个recipe是一個blog友她写给我的,很好吃因为猪颈肉带肥,所以点烧都吾怕干,味道甜甜辣辣.
材料: 1 件 (约半磅) 急冻/新鲜豬颈肉,竹签 (用水浸过夜) 调味: 朝鲜酱, 味醂,, 适量 砂糖, 盐, 黑胡椒, 清酒朝鲜酱: 180 毫升朝鲜酱 (Kamchee Base), 180 毫升味醂, 50 克糖. (用了大约)
做法: (1) 朝鲜酱与味醂放在煲,内以 虾眼火(very low heat)煮一会, 下糖慢慢搅至溶, 备用.
(2) 先将?颈肉的fat cut off, 再轻轻在底和面cut 十字花, 将肉的筋切断.
(3) 将?颈肉顺纹路斜切薄件 . 用竹签以 S 字形串起. 每枝签串 3 件. (不要串太多, 以免难熟).
(4) 完成后, 豬颈肉底面上盐, 黑胡椒及喷上清酒, 放烤炉内烧, 至豬颈肉渗出油及变色后, 扫(1) 朝鲜酱续烧, 其间再扫上酱料, 直至豬颈肉完全上色便可.注: 如要辣一点, 可放多些朝鲜酱及味醂, 减少糖份量, 如要甜一点, 可放多些味醂及砂糖.朝鲜酱 + Korean chilly powder to marinade cabbage for a couple of days = Kimchi (我用了买回来的朝鲜酱) 煮好的朝鲜酱可以放入 air tight container can stay good for over a month. Not necessary to put in the refrigerator.

聽有人說熱,我就想下用什么降熱好呢?家里有好多不同的生果, 我就把它們切成粒, cherries, grapes, mangos, blueberries. 放在做冰的格子里,然後加水,放在冰箱里,第二天就可以把它放在口里裏降溫了呵呵….
