菠蘿讓猪栁肉
1 large pork tenderloin (about 1 1/2lb) 1/2 cup dried pineapple.
Preheat the oven to 375F. Place the dried pineapple in a small bowl and pour about 1 cup of boiling water over the pineapple. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Once softened and drained, chop the pineapple in small pieces, and set aside. Use a knife to slit the center of the tenderlion make the slit large enough to stuff the pineapple.Using kitchen twine tie the pork tenderloin evenly. Sprinkle salf and pepper on the the pork, place the pork into a pan and roast for about 20 to 25 minutes. becareful over cook the tenderlion. Let the pork rest 20 minutes before serving.
蕃茄牛肉
the secret with this dish was, I used baking soda about 1/2 teaspoon with 1/4 cup of water to marinated the beef over night, before cook the beef, put soy sauce, sugar, salt, cornstarch, at last put oil, the beef will come out tender.
意粉雞湯
put whatever vegetables I had in the refrigerator and dice chicken thigh, 1 can of chicken broth 1 can water to made this soup.
This chow mien is one of my favor, when I go to HK..I must have this dish at least once, but seems like the taste is not as good as before. I wonder is just me or it is same as everyone else!
