豆付花
Soy Milk
Ingredients...2 bags soy bean 14oz each, water, 石膏粉, cornstarch.
Wash the beans and take out the bad one
Soak in water over night
Next morning
Put 2 scoop into the blender
Add about this much water
Finished blending
Pour into the 10 Quart pot turn on the heat
Stir it frequently, cook until it is almost boil
spoon it onto the colander 1
Separated the bean and soy milk
Pour the milk into the cheese cloth 1
Filter 2nd time tune the heat in low temp.
300ml water, about 5 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 ½ teaspoon石膏粉.
Makes it well
Heat the soy bean milk in low heat
Stir soy milk frequently to avoid it gets burn. Cook till soy milk is boiling
Pour the 石膏粉水into the 豆付桶
POUR the soy milk into the 豆付桶(要大力倒) after finished pouring, cover it and let it sit for 1 hour (do not disturb it)
豆付花 is ready, take out the bubbles.
