Your famous ribs was a big success at my party yesterday. I made it several times before, but the juice always leak out during baking and there was never much sauce left. Yesterday I doubled wrappped the ribs so the juices are sealed in. It made so much difference! The ribs were very juicy and tender, the meat was falling off the bone. It was fantastic!!! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe!

参照你的"东北拉皮"方子旋拉皮,但是不能做出整张的,豆粉浆在加热凝固时,就裂开了,结果只得到一片片碎片,尽管口感很好,但实在想要你那样漂亮的,帮忙参谋参谋是什么问题.
我做了你的biscotti,挺好吃。但为什么一切就容易碎?而且烤第一次时有点裂?baking powder加多了?

茄子抹好了蒜泥后马上就可以吃了,只是没有腌两三天是那么入味,但也很好吃的,通常我做蒜茄子时,当晚的晚饭时就加了它真个提味的小菜了......
抹好了蒜泥后摆到瓶子或带盖的瓷盆里,直接放冰箱里冷藏就可以了,可不能放在室温里,会酸了
的,它可不是像腌酸菜那样啊?
一次不要做很多,吃完了在做,放的时间太长吃不完,就发硬了,也不好吃......
俺的问题太弱智,别笑俺哦:)
