目前这里的疫情，应该是与武汉初期暴发的情形类似，需要一个缓冲的过程。其间会出现方寸错乱、进退失据等现象。相信随后会慢慢走上有序有效的方向。凡事有其发展的规律，不责怪任何人！
附《封州细则》Statewide Stay-Home Order Regulations
一）允許
• Go to the grocery store 去杂货店
• Go to the pharmacy to pick up medications and other healthcare necessities 拿药
• Go to medical appointments (check with your doctor or provider first) 看医生，先预约
• Take a walk, ride your bike, and be in nature for exercise — just keep at least six feet between you and others in the community 外出锻练，包括散步、骑车，保持与他人6尺间隔
• Walk your pets and take them to the veterinarian if necessary 遛狗或看兽医
• Help someone to get necessary supplies 助他人购买生活必需品
二）不允许
• Do not go to work unless you are providing essential services as defined by this Order 不可以上班，除非公司业务属于本行政令规定范围内的基本公共服务
• Do not visit friends and family if there is no urgent need 不可探亲访友，除非情况紧急
• Maintain at least 6 feet of distance from others when you go out as possible 保持与人不少于6尺的距离
• Do not travel to or from a job outside the City, unless to perform essential activities 不可以出城，除非情況紧急
• Do not travel to or from a vacation home outside the City 不可去城外度假或去度假屋
• Do not visit loved ones in the hospital, nursing home, skilled nursing facility, or other residential care facility 不可去医院、老人院、其它医疗和康复机构探视病人或老人
