From 12/1/23 to 1/13/24 visited family in China. Flu, cold weather and jet lag and resulted in high blood pressure. Did not have much chance for running also. Need to pick up the running. Start from Power Walk.

This morning from 6:45am to 7:45am, at High School track and field, power walk for a hour, total of 4 miles (intermixed with occasional jogging). Sweating, 360 kcals. After back, measured BP being 123/76/87 (H/L/hear beat).
