French bread材料最简单了, 不用蛋不用油的.
1 1/2 cup warm water (110F degree)
4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
用面包机做dough, 然后搓成长条, 形状大小由你喜欢. 然后搁着rise到1.5~2倍大小. 375F 度烤至金黄. 中间喷喷水.
烤好之后表皮硬脆, 里面松软. 我老喜欢那个勺子敲敲, 听那bo bo的声音. 咔!
放凉后, 切片, 热油锅(什么油都可以), 调中火, 开煎.... 煎成象下面的样子..
我家小子吃十块八块没问题...乐着呢...
