1 lb. Lobster
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 cup grape tomato (optional)
1 cup snow peas
1 cup carrots
2 tablespoon brandy (liquor)
2 tablespoon fish/seafood stock
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 corn (optional)
Boilthe lobster for about 15 minutes. After the lobster cools down, takeoff the shell and spread salt and pepper on the meat evenly.
