乱炖牛肉ZT

乱炖牛肉。尝试着放了一些新的原料和佐料,没想到还挺好吃。

主要原料:牛肉一磅,洋葱一只,刀豆20根,土豆两只。
佐料:葱段姜片适量,五香八角3-4颗,蒜两瓣,干辣椒少许,韩国辣椒酱1大勺,鲜橙一只。

做法:牛肉飞水。先将小半颗洋葱切丝,与葱姜蒜,干辣椒炒香。

加入牛肉翻炒,直至满屋子都是香味,放韩式辣椒酱继续炒。

将炒好的牛肉放入半锅热水中,挤入鲜橙汁(半颗就够了),加入八角,两勺生抽,半勺老抽,一勺黄酒,一勺糖,盖上盖子慢火炖45分钟。同时,将土豆和刀豆用小火煸至表面略硬。

45分钟后,把刀豆和土豆,还有剩下的半颗洋葱,放牛肉锅里用中火煮15分钟。然后开大火收汁。不用收得太干。
