葱香火腿包
面坯:牛奶0.5杯,水1杯,面粉3杯,油2 table spoon,酵母2 tea spoon,糖3 table spoon
馅:火腿碎,葱花,鸡蛋,胡椒,盐
做法:面包机和面发面,发好的面分成若干长条,卷成S或8形。醒1小时,涂火腿馅,刷蛋液,375F烤20~30分钟
椰丝麻花包
面坯:3杯面包粉,2个鸡蛋,1杯牛奶,1杯糖,1 tea spoon盐半条黄油,酵母2 tea spoon。
做法:面包机发面和面,发好的面分成若干长条,编成麻花辫子,醒1小时,刷蛋黄液,370F烤20~30分钟。烤好后撒细椰丝。
椰丝提子包
和面的时候加上粗些的椰丝和提子,就是椰丝提子包乐~~
