snack: trail mix 400 + 8treasure soup 400= 800kcal
well!!! I should not eat the trail mix!!! jusk food..

breakfast: evggie pork soup 400 kcal
lunch: 2 chicken thighs & some rice 400kcal
snack: 1 tofu desert 200kcal + soy milk 100kcal=300kcal
dinner: dinning out with friend: so.. a bunch again with fried stuff... assuming 1500kcal
