WCO 是世界海关组织（World Customs Organization）的简称，是一个类似WTO 的国际组织。国际海关日 International Customs Day (ICD) 是每年的元月26日。
Seamless travel 无缝旅行简单说就是移动人脸识别、电子护照和系统合成。因为有世界海关组织的协调，在这方面有国际标准和技术指南。
可以预见在不久的将来，出国旅行出入国门时将不再刷脸（旅客在机场内行走时会被移动人脸识别系统自动辨认识别），也不必再出示护照。
在人脸识别、自助通关和无缝旅行方面，目前市场上有两大科技公司 - 一个是总部在葡萄牙的 Vison-Box 公司，另一个是总部在法国 IDEMIA 公司。
