Due to the COVID-19, a lot stores, e.g. Costco and Walmart, ground pork is out of stock. One day I drove by the Root Cellar, a local store where I normally buy veggies and fruit, I saw the long-sought ground pork. Without any hesitation, I paid nearly twice as much as for one pound meat. With that ground pork, I could make some delicious Chinese buns ( we call it Bao zi). Two days later, I also made another type of Chinese buns, without filling but green onion and some seasoning added ( we call it Hua Juan). It was also well received.
