昆克（Quink派克）this “permanent” blue is definitely darker/richer than Parker Quink washable blue. I believe it’s only actively marketed in the U.K., France, and other European countries. I’ve never seen it advertised by dealers in the USA.

 it is impossible to find in the US or Canada because the North American distributor does not carry it.
