Ingredients:

1 chicken broth

1 tomato

1 egg

Spinach

Kelp Sprouts (optional)

0.5oz/3Tsp sesame oil (optional)

Salt

White Pepper (optional)

Instructions: Soak the dry kelp sprouts in cold water and wait until they soften. Cut the tomato into small pieces and beat the egg. Put the kelp sprouts and salt in chicken broth and boil for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for 1 minute, then pour the beaten egg. Finally, add spinach to the soup, drizzle some sesame oil, sprinkle white pepper, and serve hot. The cooking process takes 5-10 minutes and is easy and enjoyable. This recipe serves 1-2 people.
