大女儿去了遥远的波士顿上大学,所申请的学生宿舍食堂只开5天(星期天晚餐-星期四). 周末自行解决. 宿舍离主校园步行有十几分钟的距离,担心她的周末伙食.尤其是下雨/雪天,出门不便时. 宿舍有厨房给学生自己做饭. 临行前,赶紧教了她几个最简单的菜. 教她的原则是,简单,易学,快速.
好-- 上课! (因为她的中文水平有限,加了英文注解)
第一个学的是 - 炒饭 (Fried Rice).
材料:
饭(冰箱里的剩饭) –cooked rice (cold): 1 cup
鸡蛋- eggs: 2
油 – cooking oil: 2 TBS
盐 - salt
胡椒粉 – pepper
蔬菜 (视手头食材,随意,最好切小丁) –vegetables (chop to small pieces): ½ cup
做法:
1. 鸡蛋两只 打入碗中用筷子搅拌成液体状,放一边 (break 2 eggs to the bowl, beat eggs till liquid)
2. 将油放入平底锅,加热 (Heat a nonstick pan over high heat, when hot add 2 TBS cooking oil )
3. 将鸡蛋液倒入锅中, 将鸡蛋炒到半熟 (Add the eggs, Stir the eggs constantly and cook until almost set but still moist)
4. 加入米饭,翻炒 (中小火) (Add the rice to the pan and use a spoon to break up any clumps.
5. 蛋与饭混合均匀后加入蔬菜 (add chopped vegetables, coat evenly with rice and eggs, stir-fry)
6. 加入盐和胡椒粉 (Season with salt and pepper )
7. 翻炒所有材料,使食材混合均匀 ( (Stir all the ingredients together with the rice, taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper)
8. 起锅,开吃 (serve)
学会了这个炒饭,就不用担心饿肚子了.J 实践下来效果不错, 有时她还会加一些火腿,虾仁之类.
