SUMMARY:今天(8月30日星期五)开盘时的房贷利率价格和昨日相比略好。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定下跌至4.375%,15年固定下跌至3.375%,5/1 ARM下跌至3.5%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定利率稳定在4.375%,15年固定维持在3.375%,5/1 ARM维持在3.25%。
