11:30AM更新:今天(7月1日)开盘后由于ISM Manufacturing数据欠佳,导致房贷二级市场MBS打包证券的价格上升,相应的yield(房贷利率直接与其挂钩)下降。各银行随后又相继发出利率更新。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定降至4.125%,15 年固定仍为3.375%,5/1 ARM仍为3.375%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率仍为4.125%,15年固定仍为3.125%,5/1 ARM仍为2.875%。 注:除非特别说明,以下列出的利率都是基于本帖底部的贷款参数,并且是带impound account的利率。 |
