SUMMARY:今天(6月17日星期一)利率价格和上星期五相比基本持平。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率30年固定仍为3.875%,15 年固定仍维持在3%,5/1 ARM仍为2.875%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率略降至3.75%,15年固定仍为2.875%,5/1 ARM仍为2.5%。 注:除非特别说明,以下列出的利率都是基于本帖底部的贷款参数,并且是带impound account的利率。 |
