心理误区之九:精神过滤器

精神过滤器就好像我们常说的“有色眼镜”。此种思维模式的特点是对于某一类信息具有筛选功能,特别是消极的不利的信息。

拥有精神过滤器的朋友会习惯性的把消极的、不好的信息拣选起来,把积极的、好的信息筛选掉。

比如,上了一周的班下来,你只记得自己犯了多少失误,失败了几回,而忽略了你成功完成的任务。结果是:你对自己很失望。

又比如,你总是注意到朋友或家人对你比较冷淡的时候,而看不到他们对你热情给你温暖的时候。结果是:你断定自己不讨人喜欢。

having this kind of thinking itself is not a problem. how negative it is for you to have this kind of thinking should be looked into first. Do you have a problem in getting out of this kind of thinking? Does this kind of thinking affect your life, work, relationship, etc. negatively? If you answer yes to either of the above question, then you might want to deal with it.
