Intake needs to be controlled, don't eat too much. Exercise comes second to intake. Reduce Chinese meal 3 dishes and 1 soup to 2 dishes and 1 soup to 1 dish and 1 soup. You will lose weight.

仰卧起坐 has nothing to do with 减肥!
You need to do jogging/cardio....
但是同时人体热量消耗和基础代谢有关,而肌肉多的人基础代谢也高,所以练肌肉不只是练的时候消耗热量,不练时也在消耗。相反若是只做慢跑之类的耗氧运动,不做的时候就完全没效果了。
