能用seller的title company吗?

正在买一个forclosed 的房子。如果用seller (bank)的title company， 只需要花$150.自己重新找title company,要花>$2300. 我的agent说用seller (bank)的title company也可以.不知道会不会将来遇到问题?哪位有经验的请不吝赐教!多谢!!

justneedaname 2009-04-09 09:56:49 回复 悄悄话 sorry, in this case seller is the bank. You should be OK to use their attorney. Just be careful reviewing all the document. The most important thing here is the inspection of the property.
