How to cook an Egg Roll
- take out the Egg Roll pastry(skin, sheets) from a refrigerator.
- peel the Egg Roll sheets , which stick together.
- put the Egg Roll mixture on a sheet, then make a roll.
- put the Egg Rolls in hot oil, when they change to a yellow color, you can
take them out from the oil, and then you can eat them. - Egg Roll mixture: stir-fry ground pork with shredded cabbage and
onion (green onion and yellow onion) salt, etc.
Vegetable Spring Roll mixture: stir-fry shredded cabbage and carrot.
