Get your pano and go see another dentist for second opinion if you are not sure.

I would recommend to get all 4 out the same time most cases. Remember, the wisdom teeth are not functional, hard to clean, and tend to give you problems sooner or later... You'd rather have them out when you're young and the bone is still more flexible...
