I sold BGP ( Borders) today with 80% profit. BGP prices rose sharply these two days without any news.
I have to sell it to keep my cash postion at 30%.

I added URE. I talked to a famous real estate broker ( DC area). She said the recession is over. People started to buy home crazy again. The good house will be sold in one or two days.
Before, banks were reluctantly to sell house because they are waiting to see what they can get from government.
Now, waiting is over. They really want to sell house quickly and clean their balance sheet.
That is why I added URE into my portfolio.

I also give up ACAS.I still don't like their reverse split. It will be in my watch list.
