"吃饱了没事干" became a buzz word ever since the red crown prince Xi made a comment on some meddlesome foreigners. I found the translation below pretty good:

In a video clip accompanying text reports, Mr Xi was seen telling a group of overseas Chinese in Mexico on Wednesday: 'There are some foreigners who have eaten their fill and have nothing better to do than point their fingers at our affairs.
