我家小三才三岁，小小年纪就有口头禅，不管自己还是别人做了什么，他都要缀一句“Good Job！”
有一天，我和幼儿园的老师说起这事儿，老师笑着问我：“你平时怎么表扬他？”我想想好像自己说的就是“Good Job！”这一句。
老师说：“这就对了，孩子都是跟外界学的，无论是行为还是语言。这句话一定是被你用了无数次以后，在他心里被强化成了最有力量的表扬话。”老师建议我以后试试其它表扬鼓励孩子的话，淡化这句话的作用。
敢情是因为我这当妈的语言单调造成了孩子的毛病。
下一次见到她，她拿出一张打印好的纸递给我说：“这个或许对你有帮助。”我接过来一看，上面打印的是：101种表扬孩子的话（101ways to praise a child）

我觉得这里面的有些话不仅仅用来表扬孩子，分场合地点也可以用在配偶、朋友、同事、上下级等所有和人打交道的时候，运用的恰当，一定比普普通通的“挺好”“不错”这样的话效果好，事半功倍。
