HOLX Sees Insider Buying from CEO and President

Hologic Inc. (Nasdaq: HOLX) Chairman and CEO, John W. Cumming, disclosed a purchase of 50,000 shares on 08/07 at prices from $20.00-$20.05, bringing his stake to 301,654.

In addition, Hologic President and COO, Robert A. Cascella, disclosed a purchase of 12,300 shares on 8/7 at $20.20, brining his stake to 136,914 shares.
