Red Cross (Hong Kong or China)
World Vision
Doctors Without Borders
China Charity Foundation

Please complete the attached form and forward it to the attention of **** in the Hong Kong office, together with a copy of your proof of donation (check, credit card receipt, acknowledgement from charitable organization). If you need any further information, please feel free to contact **** or me.
