新买的NordicWare盘子 (图)

一个是Decorative Heart Pan.

一个是Beehive。

遗憾的是，Beehive 盘子已经比以往的产品薄了不少，掂在手里有些轻飘飘的。

长袜子皮皮 2007-06-14 07:10:33 回复 悄悄话 The answer is both yes and no. If you put Chiffon Cake batter, then you still get a cake but just not as airy and soft as it should be. This pan has wall too thick for chiffon cakes. it is best for butter cakes.
