苡米腊饭,蚕豆瓣炒酸菜,泰式凉拌紫元白菜,SUSHI,MISO 汤

周四晚饭--

苡米腊饭--

- 将2杯苡米,1整块腊鸭,4整条鲜腊肠,香菇(泡过,切碎),去皮花生,一杯混和蔬菜(frozen with corn, carrots,peas,green bean),一罐鸡汤,用电饭锅煮熟.

- 锅里用香油炒香炸过的红葱头,把饭里蒸过的鸭,腊肠,切小,加入锅里,炒香,把饭倒入,加酱油膏,胡椒,翻炒几下,起锅.

米很软,很香,比羺米健康.

蚕豆瓣炒酸菜--

用油炒香葱花,辣椒丁,加碎鸡脯肉,炒干,加笋丝,蚕豆,酸菜,加料酒,高汤,生抽,炒熟,炒干,淋香油,起锅.

MISO 汤--很简单的做法,水加dashi粉,MISO调凉水后加入汤里,加嫩豆腐,撒葱花,紫菜丝.
