Ingredients
2 lb. short ribs, cut to about 2 inches long
15 oz Korean CJ BBQ sauce (Original Sauce for Ribs)
Instructions
1. Add short ribs into a small pot (big enough to hold the ribs) and set the temperature to medium.
2. Put the Korea sauce on top of the meat. Cover the pot.
3. After it starts to boiling, turn the temperature down to 2 out of 10. Cook for 90 min.
Tips
1. short ribs could be found in Sam's Club
2. Avoid using big pot since the sauce wouldn't be able to cover the meat.
3. Korean sauce could be found in a Chinese/Asian grocery store.
4. Set a 70 min timer and check the bottom to make sure not burned.
5. Great dish to go with rice.
