No one would argue that we all lead very busy lives these days. The pace of change in the world around us is exhilarating, and trying to keep up is a little intimidating. One thing I want to ensure that we know the value of our effort, because nothing can compare with the feeling of personal accomplishment.
Knowing that meaningful accomplishments are rarely easy to come by, I’ve tried to take the effort out of scheduling so I can put it into exercising. Yes, exercising. I am not talking about losing weights or becoming a muscle man here, I am here to simply talk about the fitness and how fitness attains the quality of our personal life.
It is not easy to find a workplace where offers an on-site athletic facility, however it shouldn’t stop you from exercising. It doesn’t take many funds to purchase a fitness ball or a boxing bag and gloves. It doesn’t cost you much to do a daily walk, jogging, even running. So what stops you being fit? Time? I find it much easier once you schedule in your exercises into your daily routines. You can’t complain that you don’t have time with me.:) Many fitness facilities offer fitness classes as many options as possible, from evening, lunch time and weekend classes to even 24/7 fitness places. You can simply pick the one that works out for you and do it with your friends.
I felt sad today simply because today is the last day of all scheduled fitness classes. I have been enjoyed the time I had in the classes. I felt good after exercising. A lot of people have asked me a same question” why do you go to the gym? You don’t need to lose weights” Yes, I know I don’t need to lose weight, but I like a firm and healthy looking body that is so attractive that I can be proud of myself. I like to be challenged as well. Every time when there are 5 or 10 seconds left for one activity, I knew I was so exhausted however I pushed myself to the limits that I need to finish it by counting 5,4,3,2,1….. I was a good feeling after that for sure.
I have yet involved working with a personal trainer. I like to work out with a group of people. It was a lot of fun doing the exercising within a group. I missed those shakings with hips at Zumba classes. At the beginning, I don’t even know how to shake my hips from side to side, from back to front, I was so stiff, and so slow. Since the peers joked that I needed to practise more at home with someone.:) I can report that I am doing not badly these days now.
Everyone has their own strength, their own weakness. It all takes time. However, time is in your hands. Don't you agree with me?
