I saw these two recipes on the newspaper.
A. home made pizza
ingredients: yeast 1 and 1/2 tea spoons, sugar 1 teaspoon, olive oil 2 teaspoons, warm water 1 cup,all purpose flour 2 and 3/4 cups, little bit salt
tomato sauce, cheese,ham(sliced),pineapple(diced),or whatever you want to put on the pizza
how to make: 1.yeast mixed with 3 tablespoons water,wait for 10 minutes
2.flour mixed with sugar and salt
3.put warm water,olive oil,yeast water with flour
4.knead dough for about 8 minutes, seal with cling wrap,wait until 2 times bigger
5.spread the dough to 3 or 4 flat mini pizza dough
6.spread tomato sauce on the dough,sprinkle cheese,put ham and pineapples or whatever
7.preheat oven 425 F, bake the pizza for about 15 to 20 minutes
B. coconut soup
ingredients: taro,pumpkin, sweet potato,some kidney beans,orange sweet peppers(half),green onion
coconut milk(1/3 can),salt,sugar,starch powder,
how to make: 1.dice taro,pumpkin,sweet potato,steam them 8 minutes
2.dice green onion,orange peppers
3.fried orange sweet peppers with oil till soft
4.put 1/3 can coconut milk into pot,add 2 cups of water,salt and sugar,wait unitl boil,then put the fried orange sweet peppers,
5.add steamed taro,pumpkin,sweet potato, add starch powder mixed with some water, put green onion, some kidney beans(from can),mixed,cook until boil
The recipe seems easy, will try to make myself
