The qualification is that you need refinance at amount at least 500K for 3 months.You only pay about
$1K per month for mortgage. After  3 months, refinance again. Twice a year. You can make or save
about $8000. Very popular program now.

can finf it.This refinance strategy is on eexample.
I just finished my re fi. I used to pay $2200/month and now
is $950/month.
