Korean & Japanese food:韩日餐集锦:石锅拌饭,辣年糕,韩国海鲜煎饼,寿司等

Lots of people like Korean food. We do too. Remember back in China, we have a Korean street in my home town. There are a lots of dishes I couldn't name them. But I loved all. We love Korean BBQ the most. It is pretty hard to do it at home since it is too smoky. Here are some dishes that I like to cook at home.
记得在中国,我们那有个韩国一条街,很兴旺。韩国餐厅满街都是。好吃的韩国菜让人不停的咽口水。近年回家,韩国一条街变成了韩国区。韩国餐厅更是数不尽。我们最喜欢韩国烤肉,但是韩国烤肉烟太大,不适合在家做,下面的几个菜很适合家庭烹调。

1) 石锅拌饭: Rice in the clay pot
It is family dish. Cooked rice in a hot clay pot. Top it with green vegetable, pickled vegetable (Kimchi), shredded meet and fried egg. Everyone love it.
这是韩国的家常餐。加热的沙锅加少许芝麻油,加入煮好的米饭,上面扑上熟的青菜,炒好的肉丝,韩国辣白菜,最后加上一只煎鸡蛋。非常美味。人人喜爱.

2) 韩国冷面: Korean cold noodle soup:
This is famous in Korea. Buck wheat noodle with sliced beef or pork and shredded cucumber and pickled vegetable (kimchi), etc..
荞麦面,冷水洗好,加牛肉片,黄瓜丝,韩国辣白菜,少许香菜, 芝麻,半只熟鸡蛋,韩国辣酱。牛肉汤放凉,用醋,糖,酱油,盐调好。非常爽口。



3) 韩国炸酱面: It is very close to North East Chinese Cuisine. Cooked noodle with soybean paste meat sauce, add shredded cucumber, green onion, carrots, cilantro, and Korean spicy sauce. Yummy!
韩国炸酱面,和北方的炸酱面很类似。面煮好,豆掰酱加肉末和葱,少许糖炒好,加黄瓜丝,葱丝,香菜,胡罗卜丝,韩国辣酱。非常可口。

4) Korean Rice cake: 韩国辣年糕
Stir fry Rice cake with onion, carrot. Add some Korean spicy sauce and sesame seed. Delicious!
韩国年糕,洋葱,少许胡罗卜片,一起大火炒,加些韩国辣酱和少许芝麻。好好吃!



5) Korean seafood pan cake: 韩国海鲜煎饼:
It is very popular in Korean. Everyone love it. It is made of oysters, squid, green onion, eggs, sweet rice flour and salt & pepper. Mix all together add some water to make batter. Pan fry it in a non-stick pan till golden brown.
等这道菜在韩国家喻户晓。主要原料是牡蛎,尤鱼,青葱末或丝,鸡蛋,糯米粉,少许盐,胡椒粉。加水调成糊。在不粘锅中两面煎黄既成。

Here is the final product. So yummy! 这是最后的成品。很好吃!


6) Pickled Vegetable or Kimchi: 韩国辣白菜
Kimchi is the mush have dish for every meal in Korea. I am sure you all know how to make them. 这是韩国人家每餐必备的。大家都会做。我就不多说了。
To Rosejyy2000: Here is how to: 大白菜切大块,用粗盐揉1分钟,1小时后冷水冲净,空干水,加糖,葱丝,姜,大蒜,一只切成片状的苹果或梨,韩国辣椒面,韩国辣酱,少许盐调好味既成。24小时后味道最佳。

中国炸酱面驰名中外,在中国,包括台湾不下几十种version。我吃过日本的炸酱面,很不错,miso的味道重了一些。韩国的炸酱面给我留下了很深的印象。不是因为辣的原因,是因为它的tangy味道。我觉得很值得推荐给大家。You don't have to like it.
我本人在东北长大,当然知道什么是炸酱面。家里有位远亲的姥姥是老北京。她的炸酱面真是一绝。但是我妈妈做的更是我的最爱,因为除了美味还有妈妈的爱。
如果单单是介绍韩国的炸酱面就被指责为"哈韩"也卫冕太过分了。我的这篇文章目的是切磋厨艺。欢迎大家的指教。至于我的 patriotic, you have no right to point finger at me!

Hi Pleasanton, Thanks for your visit! It is funny to see some people are so sensitive. There is no need to argue about "chicken and egg". You are correct! what I meant was our 炸酱面 with 韩国 style. I have to say it was different and was interesting twist with Korean Cuision. Now I am accused not being patriodic. That has gone too far!

炸酱面不是韩国的,是山东人带到韩国的,韩国人都承认是中国的炸酱面。我们北京人做的炸酱面也很正宗。我在德国学生宿舍的邻居就是一个韩国人,还问我可不可以给她做正宗的炸酱面吃。
