This is traditional recipe from our family. It has been passed on for generations. Some people in our family call it roll up because you can put the filling and roll it up like French crepe. But this is Swedish pancake, not crepe.
all you need: flour, eggs, sugar, whole milk, dash of salt, dash of vanila extract. Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the egg and milk. Make sure the batter is smooth.
Heat a cast iron pan in medium low. Add 1/2 tsp of butter in the pan. Pour batter in the pan and make thin layer with the spatula. Turn another side after 30 or 40 seconds.
