【说税】加州国，小业主的税务天堂

加州国，位于美国西海岸，风景秀丽，气候温暖，是个地杰人灵的好地方。美国人，墨国人，中国人大家蜂拥前往，是全国人口密度最高的地方。占着这块好地方的加州政府，理所当然地提高税收，一个愿打一个愿挨嘛，10万以上收入的marginal州税在联邦税上再加9.3%，哎哟！


可是如果你是个小业主（small business owner)，你的business income 全免州税，你的 depreciatible business expense 第一年可以报损50万！真是名符其实的天堂。

Can you give specifics about the hostile tax environment for small business in CA? The tax benefit for small business in CA I listed above is true and stated in the tax code. Washington State is good without individual income tax, but I don't know if it's as good to small businesses.
