Thank You for Being My Nightingale
Thank you for being my nightingale
when night grows deaf!
Thank you for being my rain
when dreams dying from thirst!
Thank you for being my sky
when Muse forgets how to fly!
The man sings gratefully
wherever his love might have roamed
mountains, forests, fairytales
or even winter’s garden
Thank you for being my sister!
Thank you for being my brother!
Thank you for being my earth!
Thank you for being my fire!
love it:)
thank you for reading!!!!
have a wonderful weekend!!!
A question for line four: should “dying” be “are dying”
Thank you for bringing us happiness
Thank you for bringing us peace
…
through your poetry!!!
