My husband is in 7th year extension, I am on H1B and ready for 7th year extension. I got PERM EB2 and I140 approval through my employer. My husband is trying to apply his PERM EB2 to carry over his EB3 priority date. Our proirity date is only 10 months different. He should file 485 to TSC, I am not sure mine. I am working in Maryland.

Questions:
1) Can we both file 485 separately, not including the spouse.
2) Can we both file 485 separately and including the spouse in both processing as dependent?
3) Is that a good idea to process only one and just include the spouse?
