剧情简介：
　　年轻贪玩的方履安(黄宗泽饰)因一场纵火案认识消防员钟有成(王喜饰)，有成以自身经历鼓励履安，使漫无人生目标的履安成功投考消防员，有成与另一消防队长卓柏宇(郑嘉颖饰)曾属好友，但却因为事业和爱情上的摩擦而渐生隔阂。
　　履安出班后跟随有成工作，经常遇上大型事故，二人渐建立师徒情谊。同时，履安见柏宇绝少出动大型事故却扶摇直上.有成更认定柏宇横刀夺爱，和未婚妻惠盈（胡杏儿饰）关系日差，及钟有成因一场大火意外重伤昏迷，履安认定必为柏宇所累。
　　其后履安被调派到柏宇的队伍，两人摩擦不断，但履安多次跟随柏宇出生入死，二人反建立起一段真挚师徒关系，而惠盈与柏宇更渐行渐近，此时有成竟突然苏醒，而当日真相更令人出人意表……
