To: Village of Standard Office
Dear Madam / Sir:
I, Peter Zhen Guo Pan, the owner and president of Sunny Investment Group Inc., and the Standard Hotel that is located on 718, the Broadway St. Standard, province of Alberta, with the post code of T0J 3G0. I am one of the civilians, also as one of the investors as well.
I was shocked to learn from the RCMP investigator (CST. O’Connel Case No.: 202153211) who told me that your municipality of Standard sent me a notice that my vending machine is not allowed to put it on the sidewalk, and before your municipality removed it.
I was shocked again since your municipality of Standard just kept lying in order to cost me more trouble. Mr. O’Connel told me that he was told from your municipality verbally since you are representing the provincial government. Now, show me the evidence of the notice letter your municipality sent to me: When, where, and how do you serve this letter?
By the way, whenever your municipality pulled away my vending machine, my bar just got robbed two days ago, and that’s the reason why my daughter and I used a vending machine to block the bar entrance since I was even unable to lock the bar door right after the robbery (CST. Jensen Case No.: 2020971849).
It’s shocked me again the way your municipality acted right after my bar got robbed: instead send some your staff to see if I need some help, without I knowing, you send some company stolen my vending machine, left my bar entrance wide open, even yelled to me will send expenses for the remove costs whenever I went to your municipality office.
I am wondering, as you are the MCA law enforcer, what is the duty of your municipality here to represent to the provincial government? To make all the people and businesses hardy to survive in this village, or to create a better living environment, united all the civilians happily join together to build up a better community in this village?
For years your municipality of Standard kept sending the fake statement to the Alberta Ombudsman, Alberta Human Rights Commission, because you are representing the provincial government, which easily convinced those inspect institutions to dismiss my complaint for whatever your municipality abused me and my business.
No, it’s time to stop right now, right here from this moment! For nine years long, I moved in and purchased business in this village, your municipality has non-stop abusing me and my business in all kinds of ways.
Enough is enough, it is the time for your municipality to straighten out since I am a civilian, which I am also an investor who bought in more than half million dollars plus more of my savings, my monthly retirement to try my best to save this hotel of the historical site by the fact.
It doesn't matter what kind skin I own, what kind language I speak, I am a Canadian citizen who deserves equal treatment with respect just like these other civilians here. So, stop abuse, stop making fake statements, stop legal harassment. Please take note that your municipality has the duty to bring back my vending machine to let me proof to my insurance company to complete my robbery claim, otherwise it will be added into my counterclaim in your municipality as well.
Please check the following that I mentioned on the letter I sent yesterday and I appreciated that your municipality of Standard will respond proper way:
I’d like to turn over the page to start fresh since your village office has totally failed with the legal harassment that your village office built up since the year 2016 summer time till
2021 I won my case at the Queen’s Bench Drumheller on December the 9th 2021.
Because of the legal harassment that your village office of Standard created, it’s totally ruined my personal, my family and my business even though I was trying to link my hotel on the real estate market for sale. Now I try to turn over the page, and make some plans to rebuild my business before selling it again. And I would appreciate it if your village office of Standard would cooperate this time to work together to bring the benefit for the village, and surrounding local communities. My plans are:
1. Use my hotel and residential empty land to create a mini Andersen Fairytale Museum Park, open arts class for drawing, carving, and sculpture, and etc.
2. Use my hotel and residential empty land to create mini technology agriculture and Aquaculture.
3. Use my hotel and residential empty land to bring two mobile houses for the purpose mentioned above.
4. Create a nonprofit meditation nature healing program to benefit seniors and locals whenever they need.
5. Establish life insurance and investment portfolio services to the local communities to create better financial sense and better retirement plan.
6. Proposal to take over the existing residential develop zoning and surrounding area to create a Danish Style Artist Village, then establish annual International Artist Festival (June to September)
To the end, it is the time for your village office of Standard to respond the questions that I multiply addressed to the Chief Secretary Ms. Yvette April for the illegally dumped streets snow on my both properties 728, and 721 The Broadway, the miscalculating of my property taxes, the sidewalk issues for the 721, Ms. April used excuses that she will answered above when the judgment granted; now the judgment granted already over a month (from Dec. the 9, 2021), by then I should receive the response long times already.
