1. Buying Bankruptcies: In many cases a company will go bankrupt, the stock will get halted, open much lower after the halt, and then promptly double.
2. Buying 5% gap down stocks (must be in NASDAQ 100指数中) with market gap down 0.5%
(buy at the open, sell if the gap is filled or at the end of the day)
winning trades: 61%, average profit 5.9%; average loss -4.1%; sharpe ratio: 6.6
3. Buying stocks less than $5
(buy the moment the stock crosses below $5, sell one month later)
winning trades: 59%, average profit 33.3%; average loss: -20%
4. Buying S&P when S&P is 20% below its 200-day moving average, sell one month later
winning trades: 82%, average return 6.4% per trade
