小女子，哈。。。。。上月完成了迷你铁人三项，之前得到这里兄弟姐妹的大力支持，鼓劲。本想唱首锻炼时听的西语歌，就是没“啃”下来，就来首容易些的，要不太不够意思啦！片片是今日拍的，和我的一岁陪跑狗狗小白，军功章一半是她的！下面的大奖杯里放这去年和今年的两枚完成奖牌，奖杯是朋友送的，似乎在鼓励我明年继续。我傻眼啦。

玫瑰，你的长跑咋样啦？

因为每年夏天这项活动在我附近，就去看热闹。两名选手各自失去了整条腿，我摸摸自己的，内疚了。。。。。。我难道连爬也爬不到终点吗？

报了名，心中怕怕，没时间试验三项，一项一项来。跑去歌坛讨支持，鼓励声如波涛汹涌。甚至歌友开车数小时来见证，鼓励，陪我跑完最后十几米。我又被感动了一番。

第二次，朋友说，你只要比去年快一秒，就赠奖杯一座！

好多新鲜事，始于我想掉几磅肉肉。三项衣服，换档自行车，自由泳换去了蛙泳，留着腿力骑车和跑，骑车上大坡，风驰电掣般下坡。行人让车，鸟粑粑砸脑袋。爆胎等路边。临赛前两晚失眠只睡五小时，等等。。。。。。经历生活的触动，感动，行动。没觉得苦，真的很开心。那天开赛前，谁大喊一声，proud to be girls,let's have FUN!

骑车，跑步都可以听音乐，歌，这是神仙生活呀！

今年我看到68和73岁两名铁女。

明年再见！
