美国各大城市最新房价
美国房价不是以每平米多少美元算得,就是一栋房子的平均价格(其中包括土地所有
权),这些房子绝大部分就是指的通常美国人居住的那种郊区独栋别墅或者连体别墅
了,一般都有后院。
刚刚google了一下,2005年美国人均年收入 34,586美元。
具体城市平均收入水平大家参考

这里说的人均年收入,指的是Per capita personal income [Dollars]。
最最粗略的估算,按美国人2005年人均年收入34586美元,最新平均一栋房子217900美
元,平均一个美国人工作6.3年,可以买一栋房子。当然这只是个平均数,具体城市大家
自己对比了。
PS:平均数往往掩盖结构问题,比如房价结构,收入结构,请大家注意.
