我能明显感到胃的不舒服, TWISTING. 明明上床前肚子包包的, 怎么这么快就空了呢?除了饿以外, 竟然没有对淀粉的渴望, 这对我是极大的鼓励, 我也是无主食不欢的人. 到2:40am, 实在挺不下去了, 睡不好, 第二天的工作也不会顺利, 所以吃了一个摆煮蛋, 到3:10am, 还是睡不着, 又吃了小半碗羊肉+一个蛋黄. 香甜入睡到9:00am

挺奇怪, 竟然又少了半磅, 我并不期望见得太快, 6月末, 我最重为144. 5, 我的短期目标:7月末134pounds. 我的最高目标125pounds但只要我能把主食减少形成习惯, 那便是我7月的最大收获.

dinner: salmon at 5:00pm

7:40双菇菜芯一盘 樱桃7个肚子痛的厉害,
这周过去, 没借口不锻炼了, 锻炼计划:
must do:
Every Tuesday evening: mat Pilates
Every Wednesday evening: step 1 plus abs, after them, usually我会练一练胳膊, 伸展肌肉.
在GYM每次共1各半小时.
OPTIONAL: 周末, 黄昏户外快走.

前两天的饮食不太符合严格的无碳水化合物, 体重持平, 早上3:00, 又醒来, 胃里有点饿得感觉, 6:00睡着了, 本以为今早会轻, but, not!, 但腿累, 最苦的感觉消失了, great!!!
breakfast: 3 egg white, 2cups of tea
lunch: 1 piece of 清蒸鱼, half饭盒的羊肉煮萝卜, 1/3颗LETTUCE
5:00pm snack:2把绿茶瓜子
9:00pm dinner:一小碗虾仁韭菜鸡蛋, 青椒肉丝.

9:20 breakfast: 1 stripe of chicken breast
11:00 egg white and peanuts
5:00PM, 提前溜走, 去作IPL美肤 $345
6:40PM. Tuna salad
真正的考验在周末, 老公要吃饭, 要去餐厅吃饭, 以往两个月, 都是周间我减下来的被一个周末就加上去了. 在家没事就吃东西, 应该有计划的做点事, 分散注意力, 上午10看牙医, 下午看望生病的朋友, 买食物, 去home Depot, 一定要去gym 跑1mile. 瞧, 这么忙, 没时间不停顿地吃吧.

exercise: 既然周五的时候我已经在这发帖要去锻炼, 所以我在心理上把锻炼放在了我周六的top schedule, from 6:20-8:00pm, I run 1 mile at gym, speed: 3.6 incline: 0. time: 18mins, heart rate: 162
刚跑到0.1 mile, 我的腿又酸又痛, 到0.3miles时, 腿不那么痛了, 我对自己说, 坚持到0.5Miles, 才好对自己有个交代. 放弃的太早, 只能让自己后悔, 无论是减肥还是美丽, 都是一个自律的考验. 明星离我们太远, 很难为她们的美丽打动, 但坛子里的美女, 身边走过的窈窕身影, 卓实为我的鼓励, 女人不爱美, 要么心态太小, 要么心态太老. 我们可以选择我们的身材, 气质, 容貌, 选择真的在我们手里.
到0. 5mile, 腿痛全无, 我知道我可以完成周五的许诺, 说出来的承诺, 代表着自己的commitment, 自己的decision, 在爱情上有为如此吧. 这也是为什么我坚持发帖, 我知道我的体重, 很难令大家产生共鸣, 但我感谢每一位点击我帖子的人.

WOW, 不会是昨晚的菠菜豆腐在我肚里形成结石了吧!?体重怎么长了1磅!!!
Breakfast: nothing, due to no food left
11:30am Lunch with friends at restaurant: 美式奶酪火腿蔬菜鸡蛋
2:40pm, 就感到饿了, 草莓8/9粒. 早餐一定要吃呀, 肚子胀胀的, 无便便.
3:00pm, 吃了四粒清肠药. 3:40pm, go to watch movie, devil wears prada, disappointed! Husband asked to see superman, which made me sleep :-)
6:00pm snack 绿茶瓜子三把
8:20pm:dinner清蒸鱼, 西瓜1片!!!腿痛, 腿沉!

breakfast: egg white + 3 pieces of turkey ham + 1 cup of coffer with cream
lunch at 12:40: 1 box of tuna + 1 tomato
snack at 2:30 : half box of tuna + 1 tomato
dinner at 7:00 : 8 pieces of strawberries and tried to eat egg, but too bored, so changed mind and go to restaurant. 1/3 BBQ chicken + Greek salad + half piece of bread stick!!!!
