Jack Ma of Alibaba recently spoke at the Committee of 100 in San Francisco.
In one session, Bridge to the Wild Web, Ma blasted business leaders in China.
First he distinguished Chinese businessmen from their Asian counterparts in Japan by saying that Japanese tend to want to stay in a large company (he's right) but Chinese want to start something on their own.
According to Ma, however, this is a big problem - Chinese do NOT know how to do business. And if they can't do business locally, how can they do it globally?
